Refund Policy

1. Introduction

Masters VFX Produções Audiovisuais LTDA values transparency and customer satisfaction. Our Refund Policy complies with the Consumer Protection Code (Law No. 8,078/90, Art. 49), guaranteeing the right to a refund within the legal term, in addition to establishing clear guidelines for cancellations and refunds of our products and services.

2. General Conditions for Refund Requests

2.1. The user has the right to request a full refund of the purchase within 7 (seven) calendar days after purchasing the product or service, as provided for in Brazilian legislation.

2.2. The refund request must be made in writing by sending an email to contato@mastersvfx.com.br with the following information:

  • Buyer's full name;

  • Email used for purchase;

  • Date of purchase;

  • Reason for cancellation (optional, but helps us continually improve our services).

2.3. The refund will be processed using the same payment method used for the purchase and may take up to 10 business days to be credited, depending on the financial institution.

3. Política de Reembolso por Produto/Serviço

3.1. Online Courses

  • Refunds may be requested within 7 calendar days of purchase, provided that the user has not consumed more than 30% of the course content.

  • After the 7-day period, the annual course subscription is non-refundable.

3.2. Mentoring

  • The student can request a full refund within 7 days after confirmation of enrollment.

  • If you have already participated in one or more live sessions, the mentoring fee will be refunded proportionally, discounting the sessions already held.

  • Cancellations requested after the 7-day period will not be eligible for a refund.

3.3. Consulting

  • The consultancy contract is personalized and on demand, therefore, the refund will only be granted for cancellations requested at least 15 days in advance of the start date.

  • If the consultancy has already started, there will be no refund, except in specific cases to be analyzed by the company.

4. Refund Processing

4.1. The amount will be refunded to the same payment method used for the purchase. In the case of payments by credit card, the refund period may vary depending on the card operator.

4.2. For payments via bank slip or transfer, the user must provide bank details for depositing the refunded amount.

5. Exceptions

5.1. Refunds do not apply in cases of non-compliance with usage guidelines, improper sharing of credentials or violation of the platform's terms and conditions.

5.2. Refunds made outside the legal deadline will be analyzed on a case-by-case basis, at the discretion of Masters VFX Produções Audiovisuais LTDA.

5.3. Masters VFX adopts internal monitoring systems to ensure the integrity of the courses and content made available. If any attempt to record, capture screens, download unauthorized content or distribute it illegally is detected, the refund request will be automatically denied, and the user may be held legally liable as provided for in the Copyright Law (Law No. 9,610/98).

6. Forum and Dispute Resolution

6.1. For any disputes regarding refunds, the Court of the District of São Paulo - SP is elected, to the exclusion of any other, however privileged it may be.

6.2. Masters VFX undertakes to seek amicable solutions before any legal action.
